In many parts of the world, church membership is growing faster than leaders are being trained. A primary reason for the existence of Leadership Development Resources is to respond pro-actively to this opportunity with consulting and training tools. The men and women that are a part of this team are the initial tools we offer. A full range of teaching curriculum is available. We believe that God has called us to serve existing and emerging churches and networks, assisting them to train the leaders that they will need to contain the great harvest God is giving us in these days.
